Nir Livnat and Diacore Present: Ron Arad – The Last Train

After Nir Livnat, chairman of Diacore, approached Ron Arad to create a piece of art that would incorporate diamonds, he came up with “The Last Train”. In this piece, Arad mostly talks about the strength of diamonds, opposed to the familiar analogy of diamonds symbolizing beauty and monetary value. 

Arad expressed a unique perspective as to how these precious stones were used to send different messages like love, pain, rebellion, and even hate in the early days spanning to the 16th Century.
